Matt's Triceratops from Aurora / Polar Lights
Here is the first model that my 9 yr old son, Matt, put together. He used acrylic paints on the entire model.
Matt used Testors Flat Tan for the undercoat and Tamiya Brown for the top. He was going for a two-toned look like the box art. The horns are Testors Silver and the eyes are Testors Yellow Gloss with a dot of Testors Gloss Purple for the pupil. The toenails are Gloss Black. Tongue is painted Testors Gloss Red.

He used Testors Teal Gloss for the river and Testors Green Gloss for the grass. The background was color copied from the diorama that came with the back of the box.
